Demonstration Notice: Demonstration in Rome – March 2, 2009

Please be advised that today, March 2, from 15:00 - 18:00, there is a demonstration scheduled in front of the U.S. Embassy in Rome at the corner of Via Bissolati and Via Veneto. The demonstration has been organized by an Ethiopian group to protest human rights abuses in Ethiopia.

The police are expecting 30-40 participants. U.S. citizens should consider avoiding the area.
